Asendusõpetajate programm helps schools find substitute teachers with little time and effort. When the need for a substitute teacher arises, the schools notify the programme, and they find a fitting substitute in 97% of the cases.
The Good Deed Impact Fund’s support is focused on the organisation’s development and expansion across Estonia; today, the programme is active in all counties. Additionally, we attracted competent people to the council, supported the growth of leaders and teams by involving mentors, and mediated pro bono legal advice. Financial support went to keeping and growing the team.
