Today’s children spend a large part of their time on a smart device, but there is little educational content in their native language online that supports their development. Together with teachers and researchers, ALPA Kids creates age-appropriate and culture-based digital learning games for children aged 3-8.
The Good Deed Education Fund’s participation aimed to help the initiative create personal learning paths for children. As a result, the ALPA application offers content corresponding to the child’s skills and allows monitoring of their development with the help of learning analytics. The ALPA Kids solution is available in 14 languages and used in 8 countries worldwide.
When the Ukrainian crisis broke out, we gave a one-time donation to the initiative so that 100 educational institutions that accepted Ukrainian war refugees could have free access to digital games that teach the Estonian language and culture.
