A springboard for schools supporting new teachers

The NGO Alustavat Õpetajat Toetav Kool and the Good Deed Education Foundation launched a new development program for school management teams. Over the course of six months, activities will be developed collaboratively and systematically implemented to support new teachers in their first year of work. The first cohort of the program started in January 2025.
