Help needed in upgrading mentors’ soft skills for codesters.club

codesters.club is looking for help to improve their mentors’ soft skills!

This is needed to:

• understand their main pain points and find better ways for them to work.
• improve their communication skills within their lessons (presentation, communication, assessments, et.)
• react to students’ problems, lack of motivation, et. and support them.
• be responsible and timed on school bureaucratic demands (attendance check, gradings, et.)

codesters.club is a 3-years digital product development study program for high schools in Estonia.
