Often, the primary source of income is social benefits.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">K\u00f6\u00f6men offers new immigrants an 8-month-long programme during which the participants acclimatise to the Estonian work culture, develop their Estonian language skills, gain experience in food service, and grow their social network. Participants get practical work experience in providing catering, food service, and food training.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Social entrepise K\u00f6\u00f6men is a NULA alumn.
