When the need for a substitute teacher arises, the schools notify the programme, and they find a fitting substitute in 97% of the cases.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0The Good Deed Impact Fund\u2019s support is focused on the organisation&#8217;s development and expansion across Estonia; today, the programme is active in all counties. Additionally, we attracted competent people to the council, supported the growth of leaders and teams by involving mentors, and mediated <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pro bono <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">legal advice.
