Let\u2019s Walk Together) leads community-based guided walking groups across Estonia. Walking is one of the easiest ways to incorporate physical activity into everyday habits, positively affecting mood and health. Once a week, K\u00f5nnime Koos organises a 45-60-minute walk at a moderate pace under the guidance of a group leader.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">K\u00f5nnime Koos is a NULA alumn. The Good Deed Impact Fund was the first supporter of the programme.
